Pros

For the most part, the people you work with are good people. They make it worth going into work every day, its everything else that needs to change there

Cons

Too much outsourcing.....pay raises are poor....upper management that cares more about a bottom line than getting work done accurately.....COE model leads to finger pointing and blaming, not servicing clients

Pros

Good Pay and decent work/life balance

Cons

Very bureaucratic and political Many senior managers and groups work in silos protecting their interest rather than looking for the common good of the company Very audit centric culture which makes the employees not ready to make any decisions afraid of making any mistakes however small the impact is.
