They hire straight out of college which is nice, and provide some amount of experience in the finance world

they absolutely detest giving overtime so good luck making more than 38k. they will work you into the ground during those 8 hours a day, and then don't support the CFA or anything other than an MBA. Very, very cheap place, and the experience you get is okay at best and worthless at worst.
The work is easy and mindless, as long as you show up everyday you will never have a problem. Also work from home is pretty convenient if your team permits it.

Salary is significantly lower than industry standard, health benefits are very cheap so long as you don't use them. The biggest issue is the rampant complacency that plagues the company. Merit and hard work mean nothing, the only way to advance yourself is to stick it out as long as you possibly can. It always feels like management wants you to do more with less.
