Large company with lots of opportunities. There are some great people who work there. the culture is built on inclusion, diversity and general kindness between employees.

Cons

Fluid organization with constant management change. It sometimes feels more like Game of Thrones, where managers are trying to acquire more and more people to increase their influence. the company struggles to create a one State Street environment for our customers.
