Average place to work

Pros

It’s a solid place to get your foot in the door if you’re early in your finance or accounting career. You get exposure to big-name clients and complex fund structures, which definitely builds your technical skills. The name carries weight on a resume. Depending on your team, the work-life balance isn’t bad either.

Cons

The pay is honestly pretty low for the amount of work and responsibility. Raises are minimal, and bonuses are either small or nonexistent. It can feel like you’re doing a lot without really being compensated fairly, and promotions move slowly unless you really advocate for yourself. A good place to learn, but not somewhere I’d stay long-term unless the pay structure changes.
