Pros

Since I have to mention maybe if you join it as a youngster or if you were born in USA. Indian professionals are only yes men to USA. It is openly known. The reason being that USA folks will meet client in person ! It is a flimsy reason but that is how things work here. If you are in good books of Americans things will become easier. You just have to be available 24*7 while they give you instructions

Cons

Anyone who says Indian managers are worst, they have not met State Street American or even other Western country managers. They expect compliance, even if they flout every rule. It is a technologically backward bank with bad reputation. Good to get initial job offer if you don't have family committments. They want divorcees or singles available on weekends. This is true for operations. Not sure about IT.
