You can hide, do nothing and bring home you cash. The company is so poorely managed that none will realize

Benefits and support for flexible-work arrangements Affinity networks Wide breadth of financial services functions - can learn a lot within the company Expansion of mentoring programs ~ good but better for entry level

Cons

Talent acquisition process is slow and is non-responsive Not paid market equivalent salary Lack of growth / career roadmap beyond entry level associate Political environment ~ can be cut-throat in some divisions more so than anywhere else I've worked at
