Not a great place for motivated people

Pros

Cool Coworkers, Good place to start a career but not for the long haul. Exposure to financial industry.

Cons

Senior management does nothing to try to retain good talent. Pay is very low and getting raises outside of the yearly 3% bump is nearly impossible. The company has been hiring people with no background in accounting/finance/business lately and hiring incompetent employees is getting to be pretty standard around here.

Fine place to start

Pros

It's a good place to start your career, easy to get into straight after studies. If you want, you can learn quite a bit of practical basics of finance. If you don't want, you can click F11 all day and still get paid. Company offers quite ok internal trainings, some opportunities of advancement and stability.

Cons

Rather old fashioned and not used anywhere outside the company accounting system. If you don't want to be a small gear in a huge machine - stay clear. If you want opportunities to exercise your creativity and find your true self at work - stay clear. If you want a CV position that will help you reach executive levels - stay clear. In short - you are not an unique snowflake here.
