Pros

The pros of working at State Street Global Services are really on the people and the culture. Most of them are very nice. They also let you work at your own pace as long you don't take way too much time, and they do pay 1.5 overtime, which is a big plus.

Cons

Because of the low base salary and overtime incentives, some employees drag it out. This results in less competent groups of people. In turn, you might have to learn with people who don't really know their stuff and who are afraid to ask questions or to be asked questions.
