Pros

They encourage you to volunteer two days out of the year paid. Benefits are pretty ok. Other than the free coffee, there's nothing else good.

Cons

Management in the department I worked in was absolutely horrible. Everyone in my department hated their jobs and were miserable. Managers manage through the use of fear, manipulation, and micromanagement. Employees are successful if they can become yes-men, act like a robot, and become a slave. If you have an opinion, however, you are doomed to failure. Avoid working there at all costs. It takes at least seven years to get one promotion.
