Pros

StateStreet values talent employees and is willing to train newly graduated students. And it has flex work program to help employees easy balance work and life.

Cons

As an individual, it is not easy to understand the whole picture of how StateStreet run its business, and what role each different department plays in the whole picture, as information is always provided on "need to know" strategics.

Pros

State Street has excellent health and welfare benefits, flex work arrangements, and competitive 401 (k) programs.

Cons

Management doesn't seem interested in what employees who are doing the work have to say about improvements or increased efficiency. Compensation is very low compared to other companies.
