very flexible able to work from home lot of free time

Cons

lot of free time doing nothing, very boring after a while. low pay no chance to move up unless you leave the company and try to come back, most of the managers and vps in my group did that high turnover no training upper management seem not care for new employees a lot of the work is out sourced to India so we have less and less work to do.

Cons

50% growth targeted for outside of US and lower cost locations - not ideal for US employees Projects are executed many times without flushing out all of the small details that can cost big in the long run.
