Pros

Work isn't difficult. Good benefits package can make up for decent to low salary. Looks good on your resume to start.

Cons

Poor communication between groups. Work can be extremely boring or very busy. Not a lot of learning opportunities on the job.

Pros

Very flexible work/life balance. Opportunities for growth if you stick it out. The benefits are Generous. Company is involved in the community and encourages its employees to get involved as well. Overall culture and atmosphere is great.

Cons

It can be difficult or tough place to work if you land a manager that is not good at his or her role, but that is anywhere. Compensation is on the low side. Work is not super exciting and is repetitive, more so in some positions than others.
