Pros

If you could stand the work, you will get promoted.

Cons

Dumb ppl got promoted as long as they stayed in the company for many years. The system was outdated and most of time was fixed the mess created in the financial report created by the dumb system. If you like finding numbers within thousands of transactions, you deserve the job.

Pros

Relatively easy to get in, difficult to get kicked out, great opportunity to learn useful - if slightly stale and uninspiring - trade.

Cons

Tight deadlines, IT issues, average compensation. In general I can't say I have serious complaints - I guess it's similar elsewhere.

Pros

They are a great place to use as a stepping stone. You do not have to work all that hard if that is the type of work you are looking for.

Cons

People are lazy and management tends to do nothing about it except give more work to the hard workers yet everyone is paid the same.
