Thank you for your review. Fostering a collaborative environment where all employees feel welcomed and valued is very important to me. One way we do this at State Street is by empowering employees to set up their own network groups and online forums to collaborate based on their common interests and backgrounds. I’m not sure if you had the chance to join any of our 26 employee resource groups during your time at State Street, but they’re a great way for employees to connect outside of their day-to-day work to discuss their similarities and learn from their differences. Our employee resource groups are a huge asset to building an inclusive culture, and we are proud that all of these networks have Executive Sponsors who are some of our most senior leaders in the organization.
