Pros

possibility of learning a lot about. It mostly depends of the single person. An experience that pays out when leaving.

Cons

the size of the teams are too big and it is very difficult to be seen out of the crowd.

Pros

Nice employees, good place as your first time job

Cons

Not very challenging, usually boring staff to do, not good place to stay for longer - you will not get an experience and knowledge that will be very useful in other financial career paths, not good place for ambitious person and taking care of her/his development

Pros

A good way to enter the market after college. Knowledgeable senior management, but not sharing enough that knowledge with junior staff due to busy environment.

Cons

Low salaries compared to the industry level, high bureaucracy, old systems. It's like LIDL in fund administration.
