Work/Life balance

Pros

SSB has a lot of options for a good work/life balance. There is the option to have an alternative work schedule and opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Management does not recognize or reward the right people. They are more worried about "face time" in the office, rather then the production and quality.

Pros

Good work/life balance, especially being in financial services. 100% 401(K) match-1st 6% of salary Benefits are good

Cons

Not enough upward mobility Management is not very competent; they have their heads buried in the sand Culture doesn't allow for learning or growth. People are trained to be like robots. Work can get monotonous.
