Great Benefits and Company Policies (Education assistance and Fitness programs). Decent salary considering the amount of work done.
Cons
Promotions are based entirely on favoritism rather then your abilities. This causes to have managers that are incompetent and completely distant from your day to day work. Managers that are on a power trip. In fact, management is solely responsible for the high turnover rates due to employee dissatisfaction. Even senior management admits that the associates have more knowledge then the team leads and officers.
