Pros

Great Benefits and Company Policies (Education assistance and Fitness programs). Decent salary considering the amount of work done.

Cons

Promotions are based entirely on favoritism rather then your abilities. This causes to have managers that are incompetent and completely distant from your day to day work. Managers that are on a power trip. In fact, management is solely responsible for the high turnover rates due to employee dissatisfaction. Even senior management admits that the associates have more knowledge then the team leads and officers.

Pros

Depending on the manager, starting time ranged from 9-9:30 and you left around 6~ during the summer. Lunch hours are flexible as well, take them any time during the day. You get an hour.

Cons

Hard to move up. Winter (busy season) can be really stressful and can burn anyone out. Expect to work 50-80 hours a week minimum from January to April. On the bright side, take-out and taxi after 10pm is all covered by the company.
