Great place to start, but don't stay

Pros

Great benefits + flex work setup available, located right at the center of the Financial district.

Cons

Management is bad, it starts at the management level. People who actually knows how the processes work leaves, if you drill down to the root cause, management denies career growth although they advertise this, it does not happen. If you take care of your employees really good, why would they leave?
