No "air cover" and too many politics

Pros

Multiple locations; flexible work arrangements; capability to work at home; when it's going well, it's going very well. If you connect with the right people, you can be successful

Cons

What's a pro is also a con. Very political environment. One day you are in, the next day you could be out. There is zero training of managers when they are brought in. Little emphasis on ensuring employee satisifaction. Surveys sent to staff regarding employee engagement seem to be just for show. There's never any action taken. Pay increases and bonus are unpredictable.

Pros

There is effective communication between management and staff

Cons

Compensation; not that great. People tend to leave because promotion takes a while . . . Overall, it is a good start for your career.
