Pros

starting salary not too bad for Sacramento. very diverse group of people

Cons

However, management sucks and in some groups you are micromanaged. HR sucks - do not anything if you have problems. Horrible bonuses and pay raises.

Pros

It's a large company and with some luck you will be able to find the opportunity that you are looking for. I enjoy the diversity and work/life balance.

Cons

The compensation is horrible. Both salary and bonuses suck. Employees do not dress well and create a horrible image for the company.
