Pros

Can be flexible depending on department, good social scene, they provide good training that other companies appreciate. It's a good company to start with but can be hard to get promoted because they're so tight

Cons

Low pay, high staff turnover as a result, lots of overtime, no guarantee you'll get a lunch break

Good to start with, Friendly management, Lot of opportunity to learn new things in Investment Banking.

Cons

Only suggestion I feel is, Work can be more organized in terms of Training to new employees considering the Fact that not all the Resources will have same understanding levels to take up the new processes.
