Pros

Almost zero politics, colleagues are nice and fun to be with. Good exposure for those who got this job straight upon graduation. Work-life balance is acceptable

Cons

Poor career advancement. Difficult learning environment as there is little work communication within the team / company. Also, senior employees are not equipped with sufficient knowledge. Its difficult to get an answer from them and they would usually advise trial-and-error, which often shows its a very bad approach.

Pros

Education assistance reimbursement, laid back managers, a decent place to jump start your career as a fresh graduate.

Cons

Should hire managers that knows how to motivate employees and are competent with their jobs, menial jobs are common within the company, especially those repetitive operational jobs. Compensation should be competitive to help retain talent.
