Pros

It is a pretty relaxed environment, people are great and it seems as though most people enjoy their jobs, and look forward to coming to work.

Cons

The job is very repetitive, wish there was a little bit more opportunities to explore the portfolio accountant position, but its a great start.

Pros

A flexible work schedule is appreciated at State Street Back and Trust. That fact coupled with a nice benefits package is the extent of the pros.

Cons

Sadly, the company is far too large and therefore you have many bodies holding down positions for years and making it impossible for younger talent to move up in the ranks.
