Cons

State Street does not offer a competitive compensation package. For the same position, other companies might offer $15K or $20K more in salary.

Flexible work schedule, exposure to financial industry, laid back atmosphere, good stepping stone for opportunity in other financial firm .

Cons

Terrible salary (keep your second job), few advancement opportunity, high turnover, management don’t really care about employee development, in other word take the experience adjust your resume and run.
