      Competitive Pay Very large organisation with scope for movement across investment management services and beyond Friendly, relaxed environment to work in

      As a long term contractor, there can be limited opportunities to develop skills outside of those used in day to day functions

      Hands on internship for Sophomores.

      Pros

      Great resume booster for those in the financial/ accounting fields as the Company provides hands on experience for sophomores (though i recommend a big four accounting firm or nationwide wide bank for juniors). Interns are taught to do the exact job of full time fund accounts (albeit interns handle fewer/ less complicated funds). In addition, the Company thoroughly attempted to create open channels of communication and foster that team environment, though often times, the work is meant for individuals.

      Cons

      Interns were randomly assigned positions within the department without a choice or option to rotate.

      Not a bad place to start a career

      Pros

      The benefits package they offer is solid. 401k match, health and dental insurance There is a relaxed work atmosphere with a lot of kids right out of college.

      Cons

      Compensation is horrible. Promotions are handed out based on how many years you've been with the company oppose to how much youve produced while youre there.
