Pros

Some good reasons are definitely the benefits, they offer a very good selection. I would recommend starting out here, getting a year or two, or getting the MBA paid for, doing another year and then moving to either SS Global Advisors, or another location in terms of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Definetly the salary! Starting at 32000$, it is ridiculously low for Boston! Maybe if you we're living in Iowa or Nebraska this is ok to start, but not in Boston.

Pros

In my group the environment is pretty laid-back; there is no strict time around when you have to come in and when to leave as long as the job is done. The need to work overtime arises fairly rarely. I work in the project environment and there is always an opportunity for the people who want to get ahead to get on a project that would help them advance.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like communication suffers. There is not much cohesiveness among peers and many people come in the morning to only get out in the end of the day; not much socializing going on.
