Pros

Good first job for recent graduates. Large variety of options for types of work. Well respected company, and it is known worldwide.

Cons

Some people will not enjoy how corporate things are. It can be hard to stand out with over 20,000 people working there.

Pros

- Good benny's - Career Mobility - Good Senior managment - Very Technology oriented, one of largest budgets for IT development

Cons

- Very bureaucratic, too much red tape - Divisions tend to be siloed, people only care about their responsiblities and there is, often times, and unwillingness to help groups cross-departmentally. - Payscale is low in comparison to Legacy IBT, apparently there is a 10% cap on promotional pay raises.
