Pros

If you're above average intelligence State Street will keep you around. The time off is better than most companies. Good company to have on your resume.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. If you take time off, you're looked at negatively. Pay increases are poor at best. Promotions are tough to come by. Pay in general is poor compared to other companies. The pay varies from person to person greatly.
