Pros

- good training programs for those that want to get into finance industry but do not necessarily have working finance knowledge

Cons

- Communication from upper management does not always trickle down to those performing daily duties causing gaps in training and knowledge - lack of geniune appreciation for individual efforts, individual knowledge sharing and loyalty

Always hiring people for entry level jobs. A place to start your career if you don't have any other job offers

Cons

Low compensation packages, minimal salary increase, promotions are hard to get, management does not recognize staff's hard work, hours could be unreasonable

No work life balance . Also training process can be improved further. Also the compensation is below average. Difficult to move within the organization
