      Pros

      It depends on the group you get placed into. There are many good leaders and managers scattered around the organization. If you are fortunate enough to work with these individuals, do what you can to learn from them. There are tons to be learned and most people see this organization as a stepping stone to further their careers. It is true, in that respect, but it's up to the individual to be proactive, learn, and to fight to earn what's deserving to him/her.

      Cons

      Most people gripe about it, but the salary is subpar compared to SSC' competitors in the industry. Also, it can be frustrating when dealing with less-than-motivated colleagues and excess amounts of overtime.

      Pay is below market Senior managers paid very well, but can be distant and frequently disinterested in careers of employees, but this varies greatly Very little guidance at all levels Incentive pay is poor Does not invest enough in technology Does not invest before the market, is not sufficiently flexible responding to marketplace Turnover does not bother management Most managers are not good at encouragement

      - Be prepared to work overtime( you get paid for overtime) - Salary is relatively low comparing to same position in our companies - High turn over due to low salary - Can be stressful sometimes due to different deadlines
