Pros

State Street is a good place for new college grads who want to start a career in finance and institutional banking.

Cons

State Street does not offer a competitive compensation package. For the same position, other companies might offer $15K or $20K more in salary.

Pros

you will get a great exposure to different business function and on job training, very hard working and friendly staffs.

Cons

they take a lot of entry level staffs so do expect less competitive salary package. corporate culture tends to focus on head count rather than trying to retain experienced staffs
