Pros

State Street will never be on top, and they know it. Better work-life balance than most finance companies. Lots of training opportunities and internal education as well.

Cons

Inflexible system, low compensation, no office culture. I didn't meet a single person who enjoyed their job or enjoyed working there.

Pros

Good benefits, good networking groups

Cons

Worst salary and bonus in the industry, hard to climb the ladder and it's about who likes you to get promoted. Officers/Seniors give their work to associates to do while the spent all day chatting and surfing on the web.
