Pros

The only pro was the salary.

Cons

My experience with this organization was deeply disappointing. From the beginning, the onboarding process was disorganized—they did not have my work equipment ready on my first day, forcing me to use my personal computer to access their systems. This raised significant concerns about professionalism. Additionally, I experienced discriminatory and unprofessional patronizing behavior. Leadership appeared to delegate inappropriate responsibilities, which created concerns and fostered an unhealthy work environment. The AVP expected me to do her job, not the job I was hired to do, with subpar training - definitely a setup for failure. She kept saying I had lied on my resume and I had not - offensive to say the least. Job ad should have said “scapegoat” because that's what they were looking for to fill that position. Overall, my time there was marked by mismanagement and a lack of respect, and it is not a workplace I would recommend.
