Pros

Nice people as colleagues. Good brand name. Respected name in the industry.

Cons

Here's the inside scoop: Poor benefits. No company match in 401k for 1 year. Medical coverage-average at best. No IT support to poor support. You are on your own to figure out why your PC and other systems don't work. Highly bureaucratic organization that is top-heavy, overweighted with managers and few worker bees. Culture is about jockeying for position and attention from upper management. It's a culture that is about finger pointing to deflect taking ownership of responsibility. Poor morale. Those that are here many years coast and survive; there is no sense of urgency or ownership to get things done. Zero appreciation by managers and senior managers for client facing needs. Senior management has short term views of business plans and returns, so be prepared for extreme pressure and stress. Very conservative and bureaucratic place that operates in a vacuum which culture discourages input and innovation.

Pros

If you are a “yes man” (or woman) who “does as your told,” this may well me the place for you. If you have (or want) the cookie-cutter, white picket fence lifestyle you will fit in perfectly.

Cons

Long hours and small raises are par for the course, as are dull, repetitive days. This place is the epitome of mediocrity; like Initech (Office Space) with a nice lobby. Don’t let the lobby fool you, though – it’s all down hill from there. If you dare disrupt the status quo by thinking outside the box or coloring outside the lines, your days here are numbered; which is a blessing in disguise. The culture here is toxic and staid.

Pros

They offer tuition assistance, so you can get a better degree and find a better company to work for.

Cons

Management treats you like you're stupid for asking questions or making mistakes, but they are unavailable and/or deny help when you request it. The pay is below industry average, yet the workload above. I've heard auditors outside the company refer to it as a "sweat shop", so it's obviously not just an issue of disgruntled employees. Turnover is incredibly high and existing employees are left doing the work of two or even three people on a regular basis.
