It's basically like the movie Office Space.

Pros

This place is a last resort to get your entry level experience.

Cons

This place is where people right out of college work until they can find another job. The people that stay there do so because they are too lazy to look for a decent job in their free time, or they have just given up and accepted a life below mediocrity.

Pros

The only one I can think of is the ability to work from home

Cons

Only care about stockholders. Do not care about making employees feel valuable. Upper Management is never in the know. Senior Management only care about themselves. The people that do the most work are treated the worst (low men on the totem pole). Layoffs frequently, never sure if you will be next.
