Pros

Decent work life/balance, tasks can be easy, culture is relaxed, and benefits are great.

Cons

Low pay, job titles change way too much, most teams always seem to be understaffed

Pros

The work is low stress and the people easy to get along with. It's not an overly political work environment. Great hours in most departments. Plenty of nice perks and employee appreciation activities. Creates a very collegiate workplace.

Cons

Low pay and limited opportunities for advancement based on skills. Wish that promotions were not given out due to length of employment.

Pros

Huge company, so you can change responsibilities within the company easily. Good amt of benefits ( vacation ) Good payer for first 10 years.

Cons

Lot of bureaucracy ... if you dont like paperwork & rules ... this is not the place. 401K match is down to 1.5% from March 2012. No Pension plan. Poor payer in the 10-15 yr experience category.
