Avoid at all cost

Pros

You are employed and pay arrives on time

Cons

One of the worst places to work in Massachusetts. Constant threat of of layoffs, senior management cares only about their bonuses, every year is a "tough" one when it comes to funding bonuses/comp for everyone below Managing Director level, annual merit raises don't exist for most so you are actually losing money by continuing to work there, expectations vs. compensation is ridiculous, and some of the worst management / "leadership" you will experience in your career, Clients do not matter anymore and employees are treated like cattle and SS is offshoring jobs at a ridiculous rate over the last 10 years which makes client service worse. This is an awful place to work, avoid at all costs.

Pros

Few teams are good with regards to work life balance, work ethics.

Cons

Micromanagement, VPs expect you to work 24*7. They will cancel your planned leaves however they want. No proper planning of projects, lack of skilled managers hence you end up providing data whole day rather than focusing on your work. To many hierarchy as a result VP’s will poke there nose in every minor issues hence they dont have any work in there plate!
