Pros

Good pay, good bonus, flexible schedule.

Cons

Hired as full remote employee. Asked to go back to office 7/1 4 days a week when team is in different states. New within 50 mile rule must go back to office don’t matter who you are…most are leaving for other jobs, layoffs are bad…more in office presences means more chit chat and less work

Pros

It's a big company - so there are some great opportunities to gain experience.

Cons

Generalizing a bit, but low pay, low morale, typical large-org dysfunction, and senior management seems to resent the necessity of onshore staffing.
