Pros

You can do nothing and get paid as much as people who actually do something. It basically better unemployment

Cons

You will mostly be surrounded by people who have no skills, no ambition and have got nothing going for them.

Pros

Good vacation time - start with 3 weeks plus 4 personal days, then 4 weeks after first year with the company,

Cons

All-around terrible, outdated infrastructure needlessly creates more work and longer hours while upper management shows no interest in addressing these issues with seemingly simple fixes (computers that are less than 10 years old, higher capacity networks, faster servers etc.), and instead focuses attention and resources on constantly rushed implementation of half-baked new technology initiatives that don't solve any problems and actively lead to longer hours and more stress for end users. Tech support is largely ineffective due to being understaffed for the amount of requests they receive and having convoluted systems to log tickets, which only makes these issues worse.
