      Pros

      I started in a rotational/development program so the job experience was pretty good. When you leave the program, they won't give you a raise for any of the skills and experience you worked hard to develop. - They give you flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      -Anything that isn't nailed down to the floor will probably be shipped over to India or Poland at some point. -You are hired at market rate and then they will give you every excuse in the book about how times are so tough to justify giving little to no increases in compensation. If you want a raise you need to apply outside the company. -Incredibly high employee turnover. About 25% of the company turns over every year (leaves for greener pastures). -One year they cut my cash bonus to almost nothing and tried to justify it by giving everyone a week of vacation instead. Thanks, but I need the cash to travel.

      These guys use technologies that are from previous generation Horrible environment and attitude Its a sinking ship with bunch of old people free loading and passing time until they are fired or they no longer feel like working
