Pros

Young culture. You'll make some good friends here.

Cons

Employees are treated poorly. Salary and benefits are inferior. There are layoffs every year so you never really feel very secure in your job.

Pros

Work from home but not much else

Cons

Poor transparency and communication from management on down. Long work hours, low pay and very minimal raise or not at all. Transferring from one department to another is a very long process.

Pros

Great internship for a student coming out of freshman year. You learn about investment and how brokers interact.

Cons

After 3 months you'll be bored of processing trades. It becomes monotonous after a while. Management likes to pretend you're an actual employee and doing you a favor by hiring you, but they really are just paying interns 11 an hour to do the work of full time employees who should be given more.
