Used to be work-life balance.

Cons

-- Bullying, micromanagement, and discrimination. -- You wont learn much even if you really try hard. The job is dull. -- Low pay. No promotions. No growth. -- Bad IT infrastructure. -- Excessive bureaucracy. 100500 KPIs, meetings and other BS. -- No freedom of speech. Rigid corporate propaganda and censure. -- Shady employment practices like quiet firing.
