If you have a college degree, this is not the employer for you. Once any of your co-workers find out that you have a college education, you're considered a threat and treated badly. The work environment is definitely not professional. The people that sit at their desk and paint their nails, give customers the wrong information, and don't know how to complete their job tasks correctly are the ones who get promoted. The salaries aren't competitive anymore and the benefits package is considered one of the worst. The training opportunities or personal growth are not very good. You'll also have to endure mandatory furloughs (sometimes as many as three a month) if there are issues with the state's budget.
