Great benefits in Florida Blue Options PPO insurance plan. Love the 457(b) post tax investment option. Currently still in the pension plan. I get 176 hours vacation time plus 104 hours sick leave. Great place to work.

Cons

Very low salaries compared to the rest of my field. Sometimes 40% to 50% below market rate salaries in the private industry.

Great benefits, but promises about remote work unmet

Benefits and extra days off near holidays.

Cons

They lied during the interview and stated after a year you will go remote. Once you accept the offer thinking you’ll go home they will say thats a privilege. People been there for almost 2 years and never go home. No one is on the same page.
