Unethical- Chaotic Nightmare!

Nothing good about this dysfunctional place!

Cons

Working at state bridge was a nightmare, no training, no performance evaluation, they don’t value their employees and management only gossip about other departments instead of being leaders. HR department is a joke. If you’re looking for growth and productivity run away from this unethical company.

Buys company food every once in awhile

Communication is lacking between management. Do not compensate with promotions. Allows drama to happen rather than shutting it down.
