Pros

This small business is growing and expanding with employees attempting to "fight fires" everyday.

Cons

Lots of work expected for an average work week, cliquey work environment, verbal promises made upon hiring that were not followed through, not a lot of support as dept supervisor was too busy

Pros

Great coworkers who strive to make things better in the midst of utter and total chaos. Decent location on Syracuse. shabby pay and expensive benefits that dont really cover anything.

Cons

Top heavy management that is secretive about everything and wont share info but will throw you under the bus. There is absolutely nothing "high-touch" about this company with their clients or staff - they are totally reactive and demonstrate no care or concern about their employees, the loans they service - only keeping their clients happy enough to collect their fees.

Pros

None. Have to check bank account on pay days to make sure funds were deposited.

Cons

CEO is incompetent and lacks any integrity, but has somehow managed to stay at the helm. Company will never succeed so long as he is associated. No growth potential as no legitimate client will bring loans to be serviced. All good employees have left.
