Pros
Upper Management is very approachable, concerned with the welfare of every employee and consistently encourage a healthy work life balance. The culture of the company is focused on team work, collaboration, inclusivity, and respect. Your opinions matter and they are very quick to reward and recognize employees both with tangible and intangible methods. Working at Static Media is a place to grow your career, not simply work at a job.
Cons
The only con is that since a large majority of the positions are remote, which offers a lot of flexibility, there is not a lot of opportunity for employees to work together in person.
