- Met some great people. That's about it.

Cons

- No room for advancement at all unless you're buddies with some higher ups - Countless broken promises - Low pay - You are nothing but a number to management, no matter how much "we're a family here" talk they give - The cheapest company I've ever worked for - Company genuinely makes decisions like they have to run everything by an AI first. No matter how bad the decisions may be, if the algorithm says they should do it, they do. - Company makes some very morally dubious decisions regarding the content they post

• You get paid on time • You choose when you work

Cons

• Content that lacked originality • Ridiculous/unnecessarily over the top with plagiarism (to avoid it, you don't need to go as far as their standards) • Writers get the blame for the editor's mistakes • Editors were not on the same page. They all had different standards and would often contradict each other. Leads to confusion for writers about what the standard truly is. • During my time there, I had one editor who would suggest grammatically incorrect changes. • Your experience would greatly depend on the editor reviewing your work.
