Pros

Leadership really cares about you. You just need to bring ideas and thoughts to them. Great training program right from the start so you are set up for success. They also pay to get you licensed.

Cons

Very call center oriented and very high call and case volume. They did not continue to staff my team like it needed so everyone was spread thin and burnt out/constantly behind.

Potential to make big money Strong upper management A chance to earn equity stake in a highly profitable company High base pay

Cons

No work-life balance Poor middle management Very high minimum standards High stress Poor QA review team Salary, not hourly. No chance to earn OT even though many hours are expected. Not a level playing field for agents. Poor benefits. No more remote opportunities for sales agents. Very little advancement opportunities.
