      Great culture and people to work with

      Dependent on funded projects. I worked here 3 years and my contract ended and wasn’t guaranteed anywhere to transition to after. Everything is dependent on funding. Unfortunately there’s no job security

      Excellent benefits, friendly coworkers, they really care about their workers.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of government contracts sometimes things can happen. But it all depends on what contract you get.
